Be Healthy and Happy In The New Year!

New Years resolutions are upon us, and I’ve been setting some of my own and reading up on things not necessarily related to fashion.

One major change I’ve been considering is trying out a raw food diet starting January 1st. There are so many people I know who claim that raw foods has given them a substantial boost in energy and helped clear up their skin, make their hair super healthy and more.

However, I haven’t the slightest clue where to start. It seems the biggest challenge for me is going to find easy to prepare and delicious recipes. Many raw food recipes I’ve come across seem to be quite labor intensive or take a long time (hours to soak seeds and such).

Anyway, I’ll be starting eating a mostly (80%) raw food diet come January 1st. Wish me luck! :)
